From Making Magic to Changing Lives: Transforming Leadership and Revolutionizing Organizations

Just before Matt’s foot surgery we had a chance to have some engagement photos taken and I’m glad we jumped at the chance while we did.  The photographer offered to head out with us once more to try out a few fun photos he’s been thinking about doing and I think once the tourism season backs down just a smidge we might do it.  It’s been a bit harder navigating the theme parks with Matt on one of those knee scooters since he can’t put any weight on the foot for a few more months.  We did manage to get out a few times during the holidays to see some of the offerings that were going on, but it was also how he suffered his first painful experience with someone backing directly into his foot right near one of the incisions so I wouldn’t say the trip was a success.

Without further hesitation, here is the first round of our engagement photos:

A great big thank you goes out to the incredibly talented photographer Billy Goble for capturing every gentle smile, joyous moment and a perfect photo of one of our everyday moments of laughter.  Of course we had to bring our Goorin Bros. hats along for the celebration.  We took two trips to Chicago to go to the Goorin Bros. Lakeview hat shop while we were dating and since we wear them all the tip they had to be included in our photos.  I think some of these might be making their way on canvas so we can hang them up in the new house.
