Earlier this month I was fortunate to be invited back to @rosencollege by the Dean to speak to staff and faculty on an alumni panel. It was there that Kevin Murphy made the connection of me being a past student of his, went up to his office, and returned with this reminder of how I spent my spring break 20 years earlier.

It was in my last semester at the college that I was fortunate to have him as my professor, for a second time, and take part in this incredible trip to France. I’m in the second row, third in from the right when looking at it.

That course taught me so much more than simply about “Culture and Cuisine” as it was titled. To this day it’s the #1 experience that solidified my love for traveling.
