I tend to defy the odds by being a creatively based individual who is analytically focused. I can look at that as either a blessing or a curse. I have chosen to embrace what makes me different and use it to make the best out of my personal and professional life. I’ve spent over 20 years growing up in various areas of the entertainment industry and it’s given me quite a creative outlook on the world around me. I wouldn’t trade my untraditional upbringing or background for a thing. It’s made me into the strong-willed gal that I am today and I’ve finally gotten to a place in life where I see that as something to truly be proud about.
While some people may be confused by the dichotomy of my personality, I think it just makes those closest to me that much more insightful about how compelling well-rounded gals can be. My passion for the arts is only rivaled by my love of traveling and education. However, that doesn’t keep me from enjoying a warm beer and cold hot dog while enjoying America’s favorite past time every now and then. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia almost 5 years ago and continue each day to not let it rule my life. Although some days my Fibro might change my course, I still decide which path to take to my final destination as I refused to give up on achieving the goals I set forth. Every day is a struggle, but I’m always up for a good challenge as it continues in making me a stronger person.
